{SIZING} Measurement is the length of the headwrap untied. Please keep in mind, headwrap will stretch an additional 1-2".
Newborn-3 months: 24" One Size (fits 3 months - toddler): 26-27"
{CLEANING} Spot clean/hand wash and lay flat to dry. Do not place in washer or dryer.
